Ok, open the frame. Resize it 600x600. Open the paper. resize 500x500. Put it under the frame'a layer and delete the paper which is not needed. Open the silver curtain. Resize it 450x253. Put it under the frame's layer but not under the paper's layer. Open the pink flower.Resize 170x163.add the flower's layer under the frame's,paper's and curtain's layer. put 3 from the left and 3 for the right side. Put one in the middle. Open the red flower. 120x115, 100x96 and 80x77. Add a 120 sized flower on the left and right side, add a 100 flower on the left and right side, add one 80 flower on the left and right side. Open the red margarite. Resize 120x198. put one on the left and right side. the add a 80 sized red flower in the end of that flower. Open the LoveofMyLife-Elements-SametraDesigns-8. Resize 120x123. Put one on the left and right side on the silver curcles. Open the second bow. resize 120x127. Put one on the left and right side.
How to make the text:
Go to layer-Layer style and apply these options:

Paper:
Paper 20

Open the mask. Resize it 600x511. Open the paper. go to Edit-Define Pattern. Choose the mask layer and go to layer-layer style-Pattern Overlay. Choose the paper we just added. press ok. Open the Gerber Daisy 1. Resize it 120x115. Put 2 on the right and left side and one on the middle. Open the Gerber Daisy 2. Resize it 150x143. Put one on the left and right side up from the deep pink daisies! Open the lolly pop. Resize it 200x200. Put one on the left and right side under the daisies! Open the Bow. Resize it 120x143. Put one on the right and left side. Open the String. Resize it 100x174. Put one on the right and left side! Open the sunflowers. Risize them 100x100 and put 2 deep pink under the deep pink daisies and one under the light brown daisies.
Then add the tube without resizing it. Delete the tube which is not necessary!

Open the yellow flower. Resize it 150x142. Make a circle with the flowers. If it's hard for you, make a circle with the shapes and then add them. You can delete it aftr you done.
After making the flower circle, open the paper. rise it 500x500. Put the paper layer under the frame of the flowers. Delete the uneeded paper. Now open the BC_LRCSCRAPS_FLOURISH3. No resize for this one. Just put it under the frame flower layer. Open the BC_LRCSCRAPS_BLING1. No resize for this one also. Add 2 of them up from the BC_LRCSCRAPS_FLOURISH3. No under! Then open the butterfly. Resize 150x166. Add one on the down side of the tag one one on the up side. Use the Flip Horizontal option to make the butterfly go to the other side(Edit-Transform-Flip Horizontal).
Open the tube. Do not resize it. Add it in the middle. Delete the uneeded tube.
How to make the text:
Write something you like. Go to Layer-Layer Style-Drop Shadow: Opacity 100,Colour #16584b, Angle 90, Spread 30. Go to Outglow:Colour #432064, Opacity 100, Technique Precise, Spread 10, Size 10. Go to Bevel and Emposs:Angle 90 Altitude 80, Gloss Contous Cone - Inverted, Hightlight opacity 100 colour white, Shadow mode opacity 100 colour #431f62. Go to colour overlay:Colour White. Press Ok.
Do not forget to add your watermark license! Have fun!

Now, open the frame. Resize it 500x500. Open the paper. Resize it 500x500. Put the paper layer under the frame layer. Delete the paper which does not need. Open the IAFVD_LRCSCRAPS_ROSECLUSTER1, Resize 200x177 and 100x89. Put the biggest on the top of the frame and the smallest on the down side of the frame. Open the IAFVD_LRCSCRAPS_DANGLE. Resize 200x316. Put one on the left and one on the right side of the frame. Be sure the layers of these is under the yellow flower. Open the IAFVD_LRCSCRAPS_RIBBON5. Resize 80x386. Put oneon the left and right side. Be sure the layers of these 2 are under the yellow's flower. Open the IAFVD_LRCSCRAPS_BUTTERFLY1. Resize 150x114. Put one on the right and left side. Open the IAFVD_LRCSCRAPS_FLOURISH2. I didn't resize it. I just add it under the frame. And last open the IAFVD_LRCSCRAPS_FLOURISH4. Risize it 300x300. Place it under the frame.
Then just open the tube without resizing it. Place it in the middle of the tag.
How to make the text:
Write something you want. Go to Layer-Layer Style-Drop Shawdow. The colours is black, opacity 100, angle 90 and spread 20. Now go to outglow. Choose the 2 colours option. The colours are:#fcfbe2 and #849d27. Techniqui is Precise. Go to colour Overlay; The colour I chose is #da6174. Press Ok.

I have to admit that this is the most easy tag I've ever made! No Frames, No Papers! Woo Hoo!

Now, Open the main flower which is Flower8_GlamourPurple_JensSweetTemptations. Do not rezise it at all. Open the darker flower. Resize it 150x150. Add 2 on the left side and 2 on the right side. Open the Flower5_GlamourPurple_JensSweetTemptations. Resize it 120x120. Add it in the middle of the 4 flowers we added last time. Open the bow, resize it 100x100. Add one of the left and right side. Open the balloons. Resize it 100x100. Again, one of the left and one of the right side. Open the Flower10_GlamourPurple_JensSweetTemptations. I don't really remember how I resize it. I think i did it 100x100. Add one on the right and left side. Make sure that these flower layers are down of the dark flowers. open the glasses. Resize 50x100. Add one on the left and right side as you can see. And finally open the tube. No resize. Add it in the middle of what you made!
How to make the text:
Write your name. Go to Layer-Layer Style-Outer Glow. Choose 2 colours which are:#e7edc9 and #613a6e. If your text is not in black colours go to the option Colour Overlay and choose black.
